Royal Doulton made this charming coffee pot between the years of 1964 and 1970, when they were operating in Staffordshire, England. It is pure white bone china, with a grey scroll ring circling the mouth, green piping on the handle and bar finial on the lid. It's decorated with a pretty spray of blooms with a central pink rose, larger on one side than the other. It's marked on the bottom with the Royal Doulton stamp and the words "THE CHELSEA ROSE."
This pot stands 6 3/4 inches tall--with the lid on it's 9 inches tall---and about 6 1/2 inches from spout to handle. It holds 3 cups and weighs one pound 5 ounces. In photograph #3, you can view the only flaw: an extremely fine hairline on the rim of the mouth, just over the handle and extending down inside for about an inch. This does not affect the integrity or utility of the pot and is largely unseen due the location. Otherwise, this coffee pot is pristine and ready to elegantly serve your coffee and decorate your china closet.
