This set of "The Encyclopedia of Collectibles" consists of timeless information on a broad range of collectible and antique categories. Published in 1980 by Time-Life Books, the complete set of 16 volumes include 182 articles and an Index. Each book has ten to twelve essays with color photographs, all extremely well-written, many by long-time collectors. Topics are in alphabetical order throughout and range from Advertising Giveaways to World War Memorabilia, Coverlets to Folk Art and 178 others. If you zoom on a photo and then click on it again, you should be able to easily read the titles.
Each book measures 9 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches and all 16 volumes weigh almost 30 pounds. They're all in very good condition with a few having bumped corners. (The various shiny reflections on the high-gloss covers are from our lighting.) The pages are clean, without marks or writing and the page edges have no browning.
