Shipping Policy

We are pleased to include shipping with insurance to all 50 of the United States on every item. We use the most economical shipping method, which may or may not be the fastest. If you need an item within a specific time frame, please use the Contact Us button BEFORE purchasing. We ship within 1 business day after receiving your payment. When your purchase has shipped, you'll receive a message with the tracking number.

We do ship to Canada; please use the shipping calculator on the checkout page to determine the shipping fee. Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Prior to buying, it is advisable to check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs may be. We will not mark merchandise values below the sales price or mark items as "gifts." Such actions are against U.S. and international government regulations.

Although we pack very carefully with lots of padding and sturdy boxes, on rare occasions an item may arrive to you damaged or broken. We will take care of filing a claim with the shipping insurance firm. We'll need clear photos of the package, the packing material and the damaged item, which you can send attached to our email: primpingyourhome [!at] outlook.com. Some shipping insurance companies require you, the buyer, to complete a short online form. When we receive all the information needed, we will issue you a full refund.
