Primping Your Home Policy Information

We pay the shipping charges to all U.S. addresses, using the most economical shipping method which may or may not be the fastest. If you need an item by a specific date, please send us an email at primpingyourhome@outlook.com BEFORE purchasing. We ship your order the following day and sometimes the same day, depending on the time of day that you order. When your purchase has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Payment can be made using Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and major credit cards.

All of our items are vintage, antique or in used condition. If there are any noticeable imperfections, we will show them in our photos and detail them fully in our description.

Although we pack very carefully with lots of padding and sturdy boxes, on rare occasions an item may arrive to you damaged or broken. We will take care of filing a claim with the shipping insurance firm. We'll need clear photos of the package and the damaged item, which you can send attached to an email to primpingyourhome@outlook.com. Some shipping insurance companies require you, the buyer, to complete a short online form. When we receive all the information needed, we will issue you a full refund. We want to make sure that buying from PrimpingYourHome is hassle-free.

We don't accept returns unless we made a major misrepresentation in our description. That being said, we want you to be happy so let us know when you receive your item if there is anything further we need to do for you.
